Iowa State University’s Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship has named Peter Hong as new director of the ISU Startup Factory.
Hong, who has also served on BioConnect Iowa’s Board of Directors, will oversee operations for the Startup Factory. That includes the Iowa Go-To-Market (G2M) Accelerator, a new program that offers structured support and advanced training for companies developing technology-driven innovative products or services.
The G2M program is a partnership with ISU Startup Factory, BioConnect Iowa and VentureNet Iowa.
“A strong partnership with the ISU Startup Factory is essential to the success of the Iowa G2M Accelerator,” said BioConnect Iowa CEO Jim Register. “We’re excited to have Peter as a partner in this new endeavor.”
